A health coach is a guide and accountability partner who helps you take small, incremental steps toward your health and wellness goals.

As an Integrative Health Coach, I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications, supplements, or specific diets. My role is to complement the work of your doctor or medical team. We focus on behavior change—helping you implement personalized lifestyle shifts (like improving sleep, managing stress, movement, and nutrition) that support your overall health goals. I empower you to be an active participant in your own wellness journey, while your medical team handles clinical diagnoses and treatment.

A therapist helps you process the past, heal trauma, and manage mental health diagnoses—often through clinical or psychological methods.

As a health coach, I do not diagnose or treat conditions. Instead, I support you in moving forward. We focus on where you are now and how to build toward the future you want—using compassion, practical tools, and mindset shifts rooted in hope.

Therapy and coaching can be a powerful combination. Many clients benefit from doing both!

A registered dietitian or licensed nutritionist is trained to diagnose and treat nutritional concerns with medical oversight.

As a health coach, I do not create clinical meal plans or prescribe diets. Instead, I help you explore your relationship with food, habits, and overall wellness from a whole-person perspective. I focus on the implementation and consistency of healthy choices. We focus on sustainable changes and what feels doable for you.

There are two stages:

1. The Free Initial Consultation
This 1:1 session is a risk-free opportunity to experience coaching. We’ll take a broad, brief overview of your current state and discuss the goals you wish to achieve. This helps us both determine if health coaching is the right path forward and if my specific support is a good fit for you. Even this first session is designed to give you clarity!

2. Ongoing Coaching Sessions
Once you enroll, we do a deeper dive into the goals and topics you choose. In each session, I offer a safe space for you to talk about what’s truly going on.

Together, we will:

  • Identify what is keeping you stuck.
  • Explore new ways of thinking and approaching your challenges.
  • Set small, intentional steps that feel good and are manageable for you.

It’s not about pressure or perfection. It’s about support, clarity, and connection.

Unless we connect locally and have arranged to meet in-person, all coaching sessions are held virtually via a secure video conferencing platform (like Google Meet or Zoom). This allows us to connect conveniently and privately, no matter where you are located. After booking your free consultation, you will receive an automated link with all the details needed to join our session.

Your role is simple: to show up ready for honest self-reflection and commit to taking the small steps we set together. My role is to guide, encourage, and hold space for you without judgment. We work together to create realistic goals, and at the end of each session, we solidify one or two intentional actions you can take before we meet again. This gentle, consistent accountability is what helps turn insights into lasting habits and leads you toward your future of hope.

For ongoing support, I offer two comprehensive program durations:

  • 3-Month Focused Start: A great option for clients who need foundational shifts and focused, short-term support to establish key habits.
  • 6-Month Transformation Program (Recommended): As research suggests, real and lasting change happens over approximately six months. This duration ensures we have adequate time to identify your goals, set sustainable intentions, navigate challenges that arise, and integrate lifelong habits.

You always have the option to renew your program for additional support as you near the end of your coaching journey.

My ultimate goal is to support you in making small shifts that help you reach your goals and set you on the path for a lifetime of health and happiness, however long or short we work together.
