As a health coach, I don’t diagnose or treat conditions. Instead, I support you in moving forward. We focus on where you are now and how to build toward the future you want—with compassion, practical tools, and mindset shifts rooted in hope.
Therapy and coaching can be a powerful combination. Some clients work with both!
What is the difference between a health coach and a nutritionist or dietician?
A registered dietitian or licensed nutritionist is trained to diagnose and treat nutritional concerns with medical oversight.
As a health coach, I don’t create clinical meal plans or prescribe diets. Instead, I help you explore your relationship with food, habits, and overall wellness from a whole-person perspective.
We focus on grace over guilt, sustainable changes, and what feels doable for you.
Do I have to be spiritual or religious to work with you?
Not at all. While my work is rooted in my Catholic faith, I welcome clients from all backgrounds.
